Esencia is composed to two adjacent properties totaling over 2.25 acres of natural Provo type jungle and bush. Villa Esencia is a large and elegant Villa sitting directly on the beach. It is setup in such a way that the two rental suits are separate and private, assuring you of the privacy you seek. You are just steps away from the beach, and both suites are large and spacious with comfortable spaces to sit out doors as well as in. And of course, whether you want a kite lesson or you're just interested in locations for turks and caicos vacations, this is the perfect spot. 

Villa Wyakha is a new Villa we just completed. We’re very proud of this eco-built well-designed Caribbean villa. Both the materials and design were created with the environment in mind. There is something deeply peaceful that comes over you here.
