Villa Wyakha has two Ocean View 1 bedroom suits, and two Garden view 1 bedroom suites.

The suites are elegantly furnished with fully equipped kitchens and laundry.

The four-suite building is designed to maximize privacy with separate entrances and decks all facing different directions. The units are of high quality construction, materials, furniture and appliances. You have a fully equipped kitchen with granite tiled counters and glass blocked showers.

Ocean View 1-bedroom suites

The Wyakha Ocean view units are on the 2nd floor and have a beautiful view of the sea. You can see the kites going by and the Sunrise and Sunset. You are over the jungle canopy so you look out on a sea of green. They get a cool breeze most of the time and you feel like you are in a tree house amidst the nature. Your bedroom has double french glass door with direct view to the sea. You wake up with the most stunning view of nature and the ocean. For a third person we can put a twin bed up in the living room.

Garden View 1-bedroom suites

The Garden View units have extra large decks and look out into the natural Provo vegetation, giving the feeling of being surrounded by wild jungle. The bedroom and living room in the garden view suite are separated by a hallway with doors on both sides and the bathroom in the middle. The living room then becomes a comfortable separate bedroom.

2 Bedroom Duplex Townhouse

An Ocean View and Garden View suite can be opened up via a connecting stairway to create a two-bedroom, two story townhouse. This effectively creates a three-bedroom townhouse as the bedroom and living room in the garden view suite can be closed from each other to make the living room a separate bedroom. The Duplex can comfortably sleep 6.

Unique Construction - feel the difference

This building is built in a special way. We used an eco-block system called Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) which uses two panels of styrofoam, each 2.5” thick by 12” height by 40” long panel of styrofoam, held together by plastic links, kind of like lego blocks make of styrofoam. You build your structure of this, then put steel between the blocks, and then fill it with concrete. It is extremely strong and very well insulated for both temperature and sound. The walls are 12” thick and you feel incredibly cozy within the building.
